Shipping
Deliveries are made at the times and on the days established by the courier service. Typically, 3 delivery attempts are made on different days. If none of these attempts are successful and they can't find you, the courier service will automatically return your order to us. When this happens, write to us, and we will help you send them back, but this time, both shipping costs will be at your expense (the courier's return shipment to the origin and the return shipment to your address).
*The cost of both shipments varies; we will let you know once we are in contact.
Your Agoras will arrive at the address you provided when making your purchase (we ask you to provide the address as clear and specific as possible to avoid errors and extra charges). If you have any problem with a courier service, please write to us, and we will help you resolve it.
*We cannot be held responsible for any delay or setback that the courier service may experience, which prevents or delays delivery, such as an accident, catastrophes, bad weather, or logistical issues.
*Nor can we be held responsible if the courier service delivers to your address to someone other than yourself, and the order appears signed as received.
*It is important that before signing for receipt from the courier service, you check that your order is in perfect condition, well sealed, and with the shrink wrap intact or that it has not been tampered with before delivery, since, once you sign, we are not responsible for any problem and we cannot guarantee that the courier company will be.
* If the order is returned for any reason beyond our control, for example, an incorrect or incomplete address that prevents the courier service from making the delivery, you will need to cover the extra shipping labels to have your order returned or to process a refund.
* If the courier service could not deliver the order for any of these reasons or has already made 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts. The courier services will notify you in your shipment history which of their branches you can pick up the package from and the estimated time it will be available before being sent back. If the package is returned to our address, you will have to cover the cost of the new shipment as an extra label.
Exchanges
If you need to make an exchange for a different size or model, don't worry! The first exchange is completely FREE. Just keep the following points in mind:
- You have 15 days from your purchase
- The footwear must not be USED or DAMAGED
- You must send it with all the items you received
Note: The free exchange only applies to purchases of products at full price and delivered within Mexico. If you need to exchange a product that you bought at a discount or sale, you must cover the cost of the round-trip shipping label, which has a value of $199 Mexican pesos. If you require an exchange and are outside Mexico, you must cover the cost of the round-trip shipping label, the value of which will depend on the destination country.

Returns and Refunds
If you wish to return the product and request a refund, and the reason is not due to a manufacturing defect, you will be refunded the amount paid for the product or products you purchased minus the shipping costs.
